Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center seeks a Clinical Director for its Baton Rouge facilities to provide daily clinical leadership and supervision, ensuring the clinical program roadmap is followed and high-quality care is delivered.

You will lead a skilled clinical team, oversee client engagement and documentation, and collaborate with Utilization Review to maintain compliant, recovery-focused care across the center in Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in a related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.
