Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role supports the Clinical Director, oversees daily operations of the clinical program, and helps maintain a compassionate recovery environment while ensuring compliance and client engagement.

Requirements include a Master's degree or higher in a related field, Colorado licensure (LCSW or LPC), and at least 3 years of experience with chemical

• 3 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis clients preferred.
• Current Colorado licensure to practice (LCSW or LPC) is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, dignified recovery-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.

• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LCSW or LPC in Colorado)

• Excellent interper sonal, observational, and communication skills
