Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for detox and residential programs. You will lead daily clinical operations, oversee staff, and ensure our evidence-based treatment roadmap is followed across all client interactions with a focus on recovery-oriented care.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree and clinical licensure in Indiana, with several years of supervisory experience in similar settings, and a commitment to high-quality documentation and team

• Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings preferred.
• 3 years' experience with chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Indiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required.

Now Hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, in South Bend, IN!

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Indiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
