Job summary

White Glove is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to serve as the LBA Clinical Director for a new ABA practice in New York. This role provides clinical leadership, professional oversight, and plays a key part in setting clinical culture and quality of care.

The Founding LBA/Clinical Director will establish standards, develop programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and schools to build a leading ABA program within a respected healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in NY
• BCBA certification or equivalent
• Master’s degree or higher in related field
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interest in leadership and practice development

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the ABA practice
• Establish and maintain high clinical standards
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment programs
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff
• Oversee clinical quality and compliance
• Participate in hiring and evaluating clinical personnel
• Develop clinical policies and procedures
• Support treatment planning and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Help establish clinical culture and reputation of the practice
• Participate in growth and development of the clinical program
• Serve as a key clinical leader as the practice expands
