Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks a seasoned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Lead to oversee clinical operations of the ABA center in New Jersey. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure delivery of high-quality services, and contribute to program development and research with the Clinical Director.

You will develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise staff, manage data collection, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• NJ LBA license.
• 3–5 years ABA experience; clinic setting preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Solid clinical documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (ITPs) based on assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct FBAs and design BIPs.
• Ensure clinical services align with BACB, CASP, and insurer guidelines.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and other clinical staff; mentor and train staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and lead team meetings/case reviews.
• Provide BCBA supervision to staff pursuing certification, if applicable.
• Collaborate with admin on client intake and scheduling, ensure data collection and documentation quality.
• Monitor insurance requirements and regulatory standards; address family concerns and maintain satisfaction.

Education

Master’s degree in ABA / related field

BCBA certification

NJ LBA License

3–5 years ABA experience
