Job summary

Maya Home Care in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to oversee and develop our ABA therapy programs for clients with autism and other developmental challenges. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, supervise therapists, and ensure HIPAA compliance, working closely with families and other professionals in a compassionate, private-pay setting.

Qualifications

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in NJ.
Master's degree in ABA or related field.
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient data collection and analysis for program evaluation.
Ethical and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based interventions to address skill development and behavior challenges.
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
Maintain HIPAA-compatible documentation and ensure NJ regulations compliance.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a supportive care environment.
Stay updated on ABA best practices and emerging research.
