Job summary

White Glove Community Care is opening a new center-based ABA practice for children at 195 Park Avenue in Brooklyn, and we’re seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to lead it clinically from day one. This full-time role requires NYS LBA and BCBA certification, plus experience supervising clinical teams and delivering high-quality ABA services.

You’ll own the clinical standards, staff development, and program quality while receiving business infrastructure support to grow a best-in-class program

Qualifications

• NYS LBA license and BCBA certification are required.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs in clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children in our Brooklyn center
• Hire, supervise, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs as the practice grows
• Set clinical policies, quality standards, and documentation practices
• Ensure compliance with NYS and payer requirements
• Partner with families, schools and healthcare providers to support each child’s progress
• Shape the clinical culture and reputation of a new practice
