Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, and Psychology, with experience in IOP and/or PHP settings.
• Clinical Supervision skills: leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring clinicians, overseeing treatment planning and documentation.
• Experience in Medicine or clinical practice such as licensure as a psychologist, psychiatrist, clinical social worker, or counselor.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, crisis management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities; collaboration with families, schools, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of IOP and PHP programs.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervise multidisciplinary staff.
