Job summary

The Joshua School is seeking a Program Director to lead clinical and administrative operations across a campus, supervising licensed teachers, behavior analysts, and specialists. The role drives student programming, staff development, and family collaboration on a 20-student caseload (ages 6-21).

The campus schedule runs M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a focus on quality, compliance, and growth. You will oversee budgets, intake, enrollment, and campus-wide program development, working with a

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA (or related field) or 5+ years supervisory experience.
• 7+ years working in applied settings with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program staff and classroom teams, including supervision of Lead Teachers, OT/SLP and other Specialists, Behavior Analysts, and staff.
• Manage enrollment processes, intake meetings, and student referrals.
• Develop and manage program budget; coordinate with Finance for timecards and expenses.
• Coordinate staff trainings, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Collaborate with executives on recruiting, onboarding, and staff reinforcement systems.
• Coordinate BCBA/BCaBA/RBT supervision and BACB compliance across the campus.
