Rite of Passage in Yerington, NV seeks a licensed clinical professional to join Sierra Sage Treatment Center's residential program for young women. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Current professional licensure as required in the State of Nevada.
• Master's degree in social work, or human services, with four years related experience on residential facility management.
• Empathetic, patient, collaborative, and committed to helping young people succeed.
• At least one year of experience working with youth or adolescent females.
• Commitment to maintaining required CEUs and licensure.
• Current driver's license and acceptable three-year driving record.
• Ability to complete required background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling, case management, and treatment coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical, educational, and residential team.
• Build expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness, stages of change, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based approaches.
• Evaluate progress toward treatment goals and maintain timely clinical documentation.
