Job summary

BrightStar Care of TX - Irving / Dallas Metro is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Director (RN) to lead home health nursing services in Irving, TX. You will oversee care delivery, ensure quality, and supervise staff as needed.

The role requires a Texas RN license, ADN, and at least 2 years of hands-on nursing experience in home health, with strong adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Home health experience is required.
• ADN is required; RN license in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on nursing experience.
• Wound care and IV skills proficiency a plus.
• Infusion experience is a plus.
• HIPAA adherence and patient confidentiality required.
• Reliable car and auto insurance; clean background.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health nursing per Plan of Care.
• Counsel clients and families through care process.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with laws.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
