Job summary

BrightStar Care of TX - Irving / Dallas Metro is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide home health clinical services in Irving, TX. The RN will oversee plan of care, ensure quality of care, and may supervise staff as needed.

Requirements include a Texas RN license, 3+ years of nursing experience, wound care and IV skills, and infusions experience. The role offers flexible schedules with in-home and facility-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on nursing experience.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Texas.
• Wound care and IV skills required.
• Infusions experience required.
• Ability to maintain clinical records and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Care for individuals based on personalized Plan of Care.
• Counsel clients and families through care process and maintain privacy.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with laws.
• Participate in agency performance improvement activities.
