Job summary

BrightStar Care - Anchorage seeks a Registered Nurse to provide home health clinical services in Texas. The RN will ensure quality care, supervise staff when required, and maintain continuous adherence to standards of care.

Requirements include an active Texas RN license, ADN preferred, and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with home health exposure considered a plus. Mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Texas.

• Home health experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Care for individuals based on personalized Plan of Care.
• Inform Directors of changes in client condition and needs.
• Maintain proper clinical records per laws and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and stay updated with home health care standards.
