Job summary

Behavioral Health Allies is seeking a Clinical Director for the Early Intervention Clinic and Academy to provide strategic leadership of clinical services and ensure high-quality ABA delivery. The role supports compliance with BACB standards, licensing requirements, and data-driven improvements across programs.

You will mentor clinicians, oversee supervision models, and collaborate with schools and partners to sustain program growth while maintaining ethical, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field from an accredited program.
• BCBA certification required.
• Active Missouri and/or Kansas LBA licensure as applicable to service locations.
• Completion of BACB-required supervision training (8-hour supervision course)

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and progress monitoring for all clients served.
• Review and approve clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making and timely adjustments to treatment plans.
• Supervise clinical staff and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation and revenue integrity.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics, including outcomes and productivity.
