Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality services for children during critical developmental years. You will mentor BCBAs and behavior technicians while shaping evidence-based programming aligned with each child and family’s needs.

You will work closely with the Regional Clinical Director, overseeing program fidelity, supervising staff, and driving continuous improvement within the center.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification and NJ-licensed behavior analyst (LBA) required.
• Minimum 3 years BCBA experience with staff supervision.
• Completion of BACB supervision training required.
• Ability to meet physical demands of working with young children (e.g., lifting up to 40 lbs).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain on hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for ABA programming across the center.
• Oversee development and fidelity of ABA programming.
• Review clinical data to drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing development for new clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Center Administrator on daily operations.
• Provide regular supervision to RBTs and BCBAs.
• Hold monthly BCBA meetings and foster a culture of learning and excellence.
• Ensure BACB supervision and ethical standards are followed.
• Partner with families to create individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain open, compassionate communication with families.
