Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide psychosocial assessment, care coordination, crisis intervention, and individual, group, and family therapy for clients across age groups. Supervised by the Clinical Director, you will collaborate with program managers to develop and monitor treatment plans, including office, home-based, or community services.

The role emphasizes adherence to NASW/ACA/APA ethics, timely assessments, and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Psychosocial assessment and care coordination experience preferred.
• Treatment planning and crisis intervention familiarity.
• Ability to provide individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments within 48 hours of admission/assignment.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans; document progress and outcomes.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, including home-based or community services as needed.
• Attend trainings and supervision; ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
• Maintain professional client records and perform related administrative duties.
