Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Charlotte, NC seeks a Residential Clinical Development Director to provide executive-level leadership and strategic oversight for the residential service line, including AFL, Supportive Living, and LTCS. In this role, you will supervise a multidisciplinary team of QPs and facilities managers to ensure high-quality, person-centered support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Licensure: Qualified Professional (QP) status per 10A NCAC 27G .0104.
• Driver’s license valid with reliable transportation for regional travel.
• 5–7+ years of professional experience in IDD services.
• 3+ years in a significant supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all residential programs (AFL, Supportive Living, LTCS) to ensure alignment with NC standards.
• Formulate and execute long-term strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and growth.
• Accountability for IPP/IDD Waiver compliance across all residential sites.
• Provide supervision and mentorship for QPs and the Manager of Supportive Living & Facilities.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to maintain leadership pipeline.
• Partner with leadership to manage departmental budgets and facilities requirements.
• Oversee facilities management, safety, and compliance.
• Lead quality assurance processes and respond to audits and incidents.
