Job summary

Inner City Family Services (ICFS) in Washington, DC seeks a Clinical Director to provide executive and clinical leadership for behavioral health programs, with primary oversight of MHRS services. You will align clinical practice with regulatory requirements, quality improvement, and efficient EHR workflows.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and collaboration across departments to sustain high-quality care and Medicaid reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in behavioral health or related field.
• Independent DC clinical license such as LPC/LICSW/LMFT/APRN/MD or equivalent.
• 3+ years leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and clinical leadership for ICFS behavioral health programs, with primary oversight of MHRS services.
• Participate in senior leadership decision-making, strategic planning, and program development.
• Ensure clinical operations comply with DC DBH, Medicaid, accreditation, payer, and contractual requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, workflows, and standards of care.
• Provide and oversee clinical supervision and support staff with complex cases.
