Job summary

REACH Health Services of the Institutes for Behavior Resources, Inc. (IBR) seeks a FULL-TIME Clinical Director to lead clinical services, ensure evidence-based care, and mentor staff across the program in Maryland.

The role emphasizes strategic and operational leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with an integrated leadership team to advance mission-driven growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline.
• At least five years of documented experience in human services, including two years in administrative or clinical supervision.
• Active professional behavioral health license at independent practice level (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LCADC).
• Must obtain Maryland Board approval to supervise Alcohol and Drug Counselors and Trainees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes and safety.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and program strategies.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to counselors and staff.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and retain clinical team members.
• Manage crises and complex case management; ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor program performance and outcomes to drive improvements.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and care coordination.
• Lead quality assurance, risk management, and audit readiness activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen operations and grant proposals.
• Represent REACH in community partnerships and external engagements.
• Oversee health records and EHR reporting.
