ABA Centers of New Jersey in Hackensack, NJ seeks a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee daily clinical operations at a single clinic location. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity, and maintain quality documentation.

Ideal candidate has BCBA certification, several years of ABA leadership, strong communication with families, and willingness to travel for assessments and team oversight.

Formación

• BCBA certification required for eligibility.
• 5 years ABA field experience preferred.
• Background/drug screenings and driving record must be clean.

Responsabilidades

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily behavior intervention implementation and client documentation.
• Provide direct feedback to staff on clinical performance, including modeling.
• Conduct assessments and treatment plans for new clients as needed.
• Support BCBAs in extended assessments (FBA, FA, preference tests).
• Make monthly check-in calls with families.
• Support ABA Academy training by analyzing IOA and treatment integrity data.
• Travel for assessments and for oversights of the clinical team.
