Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee daily clinical operations at our Wayne, PA clinic. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality care and compliant client documentation.

The role requires BCBA certification and relevant ABA leadership experience; travel for assessments and high-risk cases is expected. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with opportunities to contribute to program development and staff training.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 5 years of ABA field experience preferred.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention, treatment plans, and client documentation.
• Provide direct verbal and written feedback to BCBAs and RBTs on clinical implementation, including modeling.
• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and treatment plans for clients in the region.
• Support BCBAs in extended assessment opportunities (FBA, FA, preference assessment, etc.).
• Make monthly check-in calls with families.
• Support ABA Academy of Excellence training by analyzing IOA and treatment data.
• Travel for assessments, oversight of clinical team, and support for high-risk clients.
