ABA Centers of New Jersey in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead the clinic's clinical operations. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, guide treatment plans, and ensure high-quality care for clients and families.

Responsibilities include overseeing assessments, training, and quality control, with travel as needed. BCBA certification and 5 years ABA experience preferred; a clean background is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Approximately 5 years experience in ABA field preferred.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily implementation of behavior interventions and treatment plans.
• Provide direct feedback to BCBAs and RBTs on clinical implementation.
• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and treatment plans for new clients.
• Support BCBAs in extended assessment opportunities (FBA, FA, preference assessment).
• Make monthly check-in calls with families.
• Support ABA Academy of Excellence training by analyzing IOA data.
• Travel for assessments and oversight of clinical team.
