The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA and NJ LBA, with strong supervision, communication, and organizational skills to mentor technicians and maintain compliant, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active licensure in NJ.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians is essential.
• Ability to lead a clinical team and manage caseloads in a clinic setting.
• Strong communication and organization under a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians.
• Serve as clinic clinical leader and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development of Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and offer treatment recommendations.
• Complete documentation and insurance-required reports promptly.
• Collaborate with families, technicians, and clinical team.
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and insurance requirements.
