Qualifications

• Licensed BCBA with hands-on clinical experience.
• Active New Jersey LBA license required.

Responsibilities

• Establish the organization by recruiting, driving business development, and building essential systems.
• Provide full-time clinical leadership: supervision structure, documentation standards, staff development, quality of care.

• Collaborate to build a comprehensive ABA therapy program.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
