Butterfly Effects seeks a BCBA in Portsmouth, VA for a hybrid in-home position. You will lead clinical teams, design evidence-based ABA plans, and engage families through structured caregiver training.

The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and professional growth within a BCBA-led, nationally expanding practice. The package includes a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 with quarterly incentives and a total potential of up to $117,000, plus benefits and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
• Strong communication and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
