Job summary

Guiding Stars ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our growing team.

You will supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs; mentor staff; review assessments and treatment plans; and ensure high-quality, ethical, family-centered ABA services.

This hybrid Virginia Beach role offers a competitive salary of $85,000-$105,000, opportunities for professional growth, and collaboration with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current and in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Virginia licensure or eligibility to meet Virginia requirements.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Experience supervising BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ABA treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and payer requirements.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Clinical leadership experience; TriCARE/Medicaid/commercial insurance-funded ABA services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to clinical staff.
• Conduct and review assessments, treatment plans, and reassessments.
• Maintain a manageable clinical caseload.
• Monitor client progress, treatment integrity, and clinical outcomes.
• Provide guidance and consultation on cases.
• Review clinical documentation for quality and medical necessity.
• Support staff onboarding, training, competency development, and ongoing professional growth.
• Promote BACB ethics, HIPAA, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with families, clinicians, schools, and other providers as appropriate.
• Partner with leadership on clinical quality improvement and program development.
