Job summary

Butterfly ABA in Union, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while supervising RBTs and collaborating closely with families to support client progress.

This role offers a hybrid schedule, a pay range of $85–$95 per hour, and flexible shifts based on your availability, with a focus on ethical practice and measurable outcomes for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
