New Haven Residential Treatment Center seeks a Clinical Director to lead adolescent services on-site in Spanish Fork, Utah. You will supervise a team of 3–5 clinicians, guide treatment planning, and ensure regulatory compliance across a spectrum of individual, family, and group therapies.

You must hold an active Utah psychotherapy license, with a Master’s degree required and doctoral preference. A strong background in adolescent treatment, DSM knowledge, and multidisciplinary collaboration is

Qualifications

• Active Utah licensure for psychotherapy (LCSW/LMFT/CMHC/PhD or equivalent).
• Master’s degree required; doctoral degree strongly preferred.
• Eligible to supervise counseling interns under state guidelines.
• 3+ years of experience with high‑risk adolescents (12–18) and clinical leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead 3–5 clinicians in daily clinical operations and supervision.
• Conduct individual and family therapy with students and families.
• Lead weekly interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Organize family weekends and experiential camping trips for therapeutic growth.
