Job summary

BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Clinical Director to supervise Counselors and Counselor Interns, ensuring services are documented timely and in line with plan of care.

The role requires GA CAC II or higher licensure and experience supervising staff, with a focus on compliance and quality assurance. You will identify patient needs across physical, psychological, social and spiritual domains, manage budgeted expenditures, and travel as needed to treatment centers.

Qualifications

• Must hold CAC II (or higher) license in GA.
• Experience supervising Associate level counselors and counselors.
• Knowledge of quality assurance file reviews and peer audits (CARF).
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and positive staff/patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Counselors and Counselor Interns in compliance with laws and BayMark policies.
• Ensure timely documentation of patient services based on plan of care.
• Identify physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for patients.
• Ensure compliance with company and funding expectations.
• Manage related expenditures in line with the budget.
• Travel as necessary.
• Perform other duties as determined by Treatment Center Director.
