Job summary

MedMark Treatment Centers in Columbus, GA is seeking a compassionate Clinical Director for a residential facility. The role oversees the Clinical department, including hiring, supervision, evaluation and scheduling, and develops strategies for program continuation and growth.

You will provide clinical training to staff and interns and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor with 1–3 years of program

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.
• 1–3 years of program management experience and staff supervision.
• Experience with client billings.
• Experience with evidence-based practices.
• Experience working in crisis settings with individuals and families.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong organizational skills, public speaking, and written/oral communication.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and databases.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, community-based organization.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Understanding of agency mission and maintaining boundaries.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all aspects of the clinical department following the agency mission and monitor contract compliance.
• Develop, monitor, and report revenue and expenses; collaborate with Finance on billing systems.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, schedule, promote, and discipline clinical staff and interns.
• Develop strategies for program growth and ensure self-funding and sustainability.
• Review and improve program services; oversee evaluation, QA, and treatment plans for clients.
• Ensure department compliance with policies and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with management to ensure effective communication across staff and programs.
