Star Aba Llc is seeking a BCBA Clinic Director to lead an on-site ABA center for children with autism in Lynn, MA. The director will supervise BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs, drive clinical excellence, and manage operational performance.

The role requires BCBA or BCBA-D certification, a Master's in ABA or related field, and MA LABA licensure. In-person presence at the clinic is required, with responsibilities spanning clinical delivery, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• MA LABA licensure preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinic setting with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs to deliver high-quality ABA services.
• Support recruitment and training for BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs.
• Monitor clinical and operational components of the ABA center.
• Collaborate to create and execute a marketing plan to sustain occupancy.
• Review BCBA/BT hours to ensure billed targets are met and ensure treatment plans are accurate.
• Provide direct clinical services and manage caseload to support clinic growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and payer contracting requirements.
