May Institute, a national leader in ABA and autism care, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Adult Services in Raynham, MA. You’ll design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for adults with autism and developmental disabilities, backed by doctoral-level mentorship and a research-informed environment.

You will lead assessments, train staff and families, manage a workable caseload, and participate in in-house CEUs and ongoing research through May’s IRB and the National

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB, or in the process of obtaining
• State licensure as required (e.g., LABA in Massachusetts) or willingness to obtain
• Experience conducting assessments and designing ABA programs; supervisory or staff training experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and clinical assessment skills
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Responsabilités

• Lead functional behavior and skill assessments; design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans using data-driven decision making.
• Train and coach staff, teachers, and families so strategies transfer across classroom, residential, and community settings.
• Collaborate with doctoral-level clinicians; participate in ongoing consultation and May's research initiatives.
• Maintain a manageable caseload with quality clinical work and ongoing professional development.
