Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, document care plans in the EMR, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive better health outcomes.
You will provide nutrition education to residents and families, ensure regulatory compliance, and support coverage across multiple buildings as needed. Strong communication and licensure are required.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with active licensure in state of practice preferred
- Experience in clinical nutrition and long-term care settings encouraged
- Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff
Responsibilities
- Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data and comorbidities.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
