Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care and support positive health outcomes.

The role requires RD eligibility or licensure, state licensure in good standing, and compliance with CMS/state regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing.
• Vaccination policy compliance as required by state/local/customers.
• Multi-site RD must have a valid Driver's License.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings per company needs.
