Job summary

This developmental role focuses on applying evidence-based guidelines and growing expertise in HBPC within the Clinical Section of NFS. The role emphasizes knowledge of NCP, regulatory standards, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree from regionally accredited college or foreign equivalent.
• Master’s degree from regionally accredited university (GS-09).
• Must be RD/RDN registered with the CDR or eligible; non-credentialed track allowed at GS-07/09 with restrictions.
• ACEND evaluation for foreign degrees and supervised practice required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Home Based Primary Care nutrition care as part of HBPC services.
• Develop and apply nutrition care guidelines and improvement activities within the clinical team.
