Job summary

Noble Care Center is seeking a Dietitian to plan and direct the Food Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. You will ensure quality nutritional services daily and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining area.

As Dietitian, you will have administrative authority and accountability for assigned duties, including policy review, plan of correction development, and collaboration with QA to address deficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics required.
• At least 1 year of hospital or related medical facility experience.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct Food Services operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's Food Services Department and its activities.
• Review the department's policies and procedures annually and suggest revisions to the Administrator.
• Review and develop plans of correction for any deficiencies noted during surveys and provide written plans for approval.
• Assist the QA Committee in developing and implementing corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Perform regular inspections of dietary service areas for sanitation, order, safety, and performance.
