Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Specialty Diagnostics Group (SDG) is seeking Clinical Sales Specialists to drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships across the United States. In this field-based role, you will represent diagnostic products, testing solutions, and services while developing new business opportunities in diverse healthcare settings.

Opportunities may vary by portfolio and territory; travel of 50–75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in diagnostics, laboratory, healthcare, or related field.
• Proven track record developing new business and meeting targets.
• Experience managing territory, portfolio, pipeline, and forecast.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned segments and territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Apply consultative selling to understand needs, workflows, and priorities.
• Communicate the clinical and business value of diagnostic products and services.
• Drive adoption and utilization of diagnostic solutions within targeted accounts.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle: lead gen, proposals, negotiation, close.
• Maintain territory plans, sales pipelines, and forecasts using CRM.
• Analyze territory performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customers and objectives.
