Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Hybrid Clinical Data Strategy and Operations Program Lead I to drive program and study lifecycle activities within the CDSO. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to align study teams with overarching data strategy and operational goals.

You will influence cross-functional partners, manage timelines, and apply analytics to optimize study delivery while ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences or equivalent.
• Master’s preferred.
• PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired

Responsibilities

• Aligns CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies.
• Leads the CDSO Study Team and represents DS on cross-functional study teams.
• Acts as single point of contact and operational lead from CDSO for assigned studies.
• Coordinates CDSO study teams to meet operational objectives and engages global teams.
• Uses operational analytics and project management tools to optimize execution and manage resources.
• Ensures adherence to GCP/ICH and AbbVie SOPs and quality standards.
• Coaches and mentors Data Science Associates and may supervise contract resources.
• Participates in CDSO and cross-functional innovation initiatives.
