Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of pharma/clinical research/data management or 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial process and clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Align CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies.
• Lead the CDSO Study Team for assigned studies and act as DS contact on CDSO.
• Coordinate CDSO study teams to meet objectives and connect global teams.
• Influence cross-functional members to reach program and study goals.
• Use analytics and PM tools to optimize program execution and track progress.
• Ensure adherence to GCP/ICH and AbbVie SOPs and quality standards.
• Oversight of vendors; provide feedback on study operations and trends.
• Coach and mentor Data Science Associates; may supervise contract staff.
• Participate in CDSO and cross-functional innovation and process improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent

Master’s preferred

PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired
