Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, CS, life sciences or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desired.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical data/healthcare experience or 5+ years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Align CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies.
• Act as single point of contact and lead CDSO study teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives and timelines.
• Use analytics and project tools to optimize study execution and resource use.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, AbbVie SOPs and regulatory standards.
