Job summary

AbbVie seeks a skilled Clinical Data Strategy and Operations professional to lead study teams and drive operational excellence across CDSO programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet study objectives, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and mentor junior associates in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, deployment of analytics, and continuous process improvement to deliver high-quality clinical data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent. Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years pharma/clinical research/data management experience or 5+ years project management experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical technology; experience managing trials preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Align CDSO study teams with program- and study-level strategies.
• Act as CDSO lead and single point of contact for assigned studies.
• Coordinate CDSO study teams to meet objectives and timelines.
• Use operational analytics and PM tools to optimize program execution.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, regulatory standards, and AbbVie SOPs.
• Mentor Data Science Associates and contribute to CDSO initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional process improvements and lessons learned.
