Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding materials and guide students on uploading compliance docs.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for assigned clinical sites.
• Manage and monitor student compliance data across CastleBranch and the institution's platform.
• Track, verify, and document completion of onboarding materials.
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure audit-readiness.
• Collaborate with Registrar and site contacts to reflect real-time student status.
• Generate periodic clinical data status reports for leadership.
