Job summary

The Clinical Data Standards and Training Coordinator at the American College of Surgeons is responsible for core operational functions for clinical standards, data quality, and training program initiatives, including internal and external communication, project management, and a large volume of non-clinical customer support.

Major duties include coordinating NTDS Data Dictionary development and training courses within the LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of professional project or program coordination experience required.
• Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with InDesign, Monday.com or LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for NTDS processes, including documentation and project management.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and provide administrative support for Data and Report Operations.
• Lead coordination of standardized data quality processes and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate clinical data standards training, building courses in the LMS and managing enrollments.
• Contribute to continuous performance improvement and documentation of processes.
