Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company headquartered in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Clinical Data Specialist to support clinical trial operations across its research network. You will conduct detailed EHR reviews, identify potential study candidates, support recruitment, and maintain research databases with compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms including EHRs, CTMS, and CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Review electronic health records to identify patients who may qualify for active clinical studies.
• Interpret study protocols and eligibility criteria to determine target populations for recruitment.
• Build and maintain databases of potential study participants across programs.
• Document pre-screening activities and findings in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with research sites and clinical teams to support participant recruitment.
