Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat and web-based applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate EHRs, CTMS, and CRM platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• High professionalism, discretion, and integrity with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Review electronic health records (EHRs) to identify patients who may qualify for active clinical research studies.
• Interpret study protocols and eligibility criteria to determine appropriate patient populations for recruitment.
• Build and maintain databases of potential study participants across multiple programs.
• Document patient pre-screening activities and findings in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with research sites and clinical teams to support participant recruitment efforts.
• Support research sites with data collection, documentation, and operational coordination.
• Assist with scheduling patient visits and coordinating research appointments.
• Perform accurate data entry into clinical research databases and internal systems.
• Maintain study records and tracking tools for reporting needs.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to process improvements.
