Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Data Specialist to support trial operations by reviewing EHRs and identifying eligible patients for active studies. The role involves documenting pre-screening activities, maintaining databases, and coordinating recruitment with clinical teams.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and experienced with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and EHR/CTMS/CRM platforms while ensuring strict GCP/privacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail.
• Ability to learn new platforms including EHRs, CTMS, and CRM tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review electronic health records (EHRs) to identify potential trial candidates.
• Interpret study protocols and eligibility criteria for recruitment.
• Build and maintain databases of potential study participants.
• Document pre-screening findings and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Support scheduling and coordination of patient visits and recruitment activities.
