Job summary

Texas Behavioral Health Center (TBHC), operated by UT Southwestern Medical Center, seeks a Data & Quality Improvement Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for behavioral health care in North Texas. You will design, build, and automate dashboards and reports, working with Epic data and other large databases while collaborating with clinicians and operations teams to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in healthcare, computer science, nursing, mathematics, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience; equivalent years may substitute for education.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; experience with Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate clinical, quality, operational, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Extract, validate, transform, and summarize data from Epic and large databases.
• Automate recurring reports and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Analyze data to track clinical processes, performance, and outcomes.
