Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks an experienced analytics leader who guides health system reporting and dashboards. You will design, develop and govern advanced analytics, balancing data sources to deliver executive insights and performance metrics across the organization.

As Tableau/Power BI expert, you will mentor analysts, establish standards, and drive data-driven decision making while ensuring accessibility, security and governance in all published content.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 5 years analytics and project experience in data querying, statistical programming and data visualization.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex analytics projects and serve as primary customer contact.
• Design and develop predictive and advanced analytics using multiple data sources.
• Analyze data with statistical methods to support decisions and recommendations.
• Standardize reporting tools and methodologies across the team.
• Lead analysts, manage time, and drive on-time delivery of projects.
• Provide guidance on business process improvements and clinical operation benchmarks.
• Lead executive meetings with analytical presentations and project plans.
• Oversee analytics architecture and collaboration with data warehouse teams.
