Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a QC & Data Management Specialist for our Walnut Creek site in California. This role focuses on quality control, accurate data entry into eCRF/CRF systems, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure sponsor requirements are met.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3+ years of clinical research experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or in a team, with strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in clinical or biological research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate review of study charts per SOPs, identify missing/discrepant data, and report trends to QC Manager.
• Enter data into eCRF/CRF systems per sponsor guidelines in a timely manner.
• Identify and report data discrepancies to CRC and QC Manager promptly.
• Attend SIV meetings and assist with sponsor monitor visits as needed.
• Assist with training onboarding procedures and support site staff professionally.
