Job summary

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy with ability to handle frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Supports patient care and care management by navigating EHRs and related applications.
• Sorts, prepares, and scans clinical documentation into the EHR following HIM procedures.
• Validates data and ensures HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI.
• Communicates with care teams and laboratories via phone, email, or other approved channels.
• Performs quality assurance to ensure accurate, timely, and legible documentation.
